Let me say first that all of the hygienists and front office staff are absolutely wonderful. But Dr. Livingston has the emotional intelligence of a Mack truck. It is clear why he works for himself – if he was employed by anyone else, they would have fired him for his behavior. I have always been extremely disturbed at how Dr. Livingston treats his staff. He berates them in front of patients, is condescending, embarrasses them, is dismissive, and is nothing short of verbally abusive. His consistent unprofessionalism towards his staff is simply shocking. It is no wonder that I have *never* seen the same hygienist twice when I go for my next cleaning 6 months later. The turnover at his office is unbelievable. It was never this way when the previous dentist owned the practice. The only reason I’ve stayed as a patient is because it is right next to my house. Shame on me for continuing to support a practice whose doctor is so abusive to his staff.
This round of last visits, Dr. Livingston told me the back of my front tooth was chipped. He said I had two options: get a filling (which essentially would cause me to never be able to bite into any food without risking the filling popping off) or get a crown on the tooth. I decided I didn't want to be reduced to a toddler for the rest of my life, so I got the crown. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER. I should have just left the original tooth chipped and lived with it. I had to go back at least five times because the crown he gave me was totally wrong and had to be fixed. For some reason, he could not see how it was incorrect and gave me the attitude that I should just live with it. After multiple visits, I finally had to get a little loud in his office to help him understand that it I was not going to cope with this for the rest of my life and he needed to make it right. After that many times of returning and returning to the office, he finally had to send the crown back to the lab. It is still not right, but it is basically about as good as it will ever be with Dr. Livingston. I've figured out that he just isn't capable of getting it right.
Needless to say, my family is leaving his practice and finding a new dentist. We started going there when his predecessor owned the practice, and we should have left when the previous one sold the practice to Livingston. We have not been happy since he took over.

Thank you to Dr. Livingston, Cindy, Daisha, Johanna and the entire staff. It is always pleasant to visit your office. I was glad I had your number, since you had treated my brother in the past. Everyone in your office greets patients with a sincere welcome, friendly smile and puts the patient at ease. It was great to speak with Cindy & Johanna, since I have had conversations with them on numerous visits. Cindy, thank you for your quick response to my urgent call and for arranging a same day appointment.
My granddaughter was in a lot of pain and her jaw was visibly swollen. She works a 40-hr week/night-shift job and will be returning to Ga.State College in the Fall for her sophomore year, so she really needed to address her tooth pain. We were greeted kindly by Daisha, who took x-rays which showed all 4 wisdom teeth had come through and also areas of concern for cavities. Dr. Livingston thoroughly explained what was causing the pain, provided the appropriate in-office treatment, along with at-home treatment, antibiotics and pain reliever prescription needed. Dr. Livingston gave my granddaughter honest and sound advice on the condition of her teeth and how to improve and maintain healthy dental care for the future. Thank you for caring for your patients overall well-being.

The wait time was short and the attendant was thorough. The doctor explained everything and the pricing was reasonable. On a personal note, the bathroom was extremely clean. I would recommend this office to those looking for a dental appointment. Thank you for providing a much needed service. Blessings.

Dr. Livingston is wonderful! I've been using his practice for several years now. My entire family goes there including my children. I've always had a great experience. He truly cares for his patients and explains everything with great detail. His staff from front desk to dental hygienists are also all very friendly!

Love this dentist and office. Very friendly, knowledgeable and experienced staff. Dr. Livingston is kind, patient and thorough, and he doesn’t push you toward extra or unnecessary procedures, which is refreshing. I’m very happy with him and his practice. Highly recommend!

Dr. Livingston is a very competent dentist. Furthermore, he gets you in and out of his office quickly. He is also very caring. After a root canal he gave me his cell phone # in case I had any problems. I highly recommend him.
